Sales Invoice to Cash

With this paragraph we will describe the way paid Sales Invoices are registered to the Bank and Cash module. This also includes sending reminders to customers about unpaid and overdue invoices.

Bank/Cash Journal

To register payments from customers several ways can be followed, via Bank Journal, via Cash Receipt Journal. Since this is all basic Business Central functionalities, all information for this can be found following the link in the Links section of this page.

Register Customer Payments

Additional to the Bank and Cash Receipt Journal it is possible to register customer payments from the unpaid sales document list. You can enter this list for one customer from the customer list via Process > Register Customer Payments or the customer card via Actions > Register Customer Payments of by the Tell me what you want to do function searching for Register Customer Payments. This give you a list of unpaid sales documents for all customers.

Bank Reconciliation

Setup Reminder Terms
